1) How much is shipping to Canada, USA, Australia, All of Europe, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Singapore?
THE SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE!
2) If my country is not listed in the list above, how much is shipping?
Contact sales@krudle.com if this is the case.
3) How long should delivery take?
Typically around 7-12 days but delivery times can vary.
4) How do I order?
Add the items to your shopping cart by clicking "add to cart" then proceed to "checkout" with those items in your shopping cart, keep going and enter all your information, join krudle.com, if you have not already you will be prompted to do so, you will then be redirected to the billing website on a secure connection to enter your credit card details. When the transaction is successful the website automatically emails you an order number, which you should use when contacting the support if you ever need to do so.
4) Can I order to Africa?
No unless of course you email us and arrange a payment via Western Union or Moneybooker.
5) What about returns/exchanges.

Under no circumstances should a product be returned to the address label as that is the address of the shipping company. The transaction will not be refunded if you ship there. Please contact us for return requests.
